These terms govern use of Mockphine licenses and free-tier usage sold as premade digital software.

1. Scope of Offering

Mockphine is sold as a premade digital software product. This offering covers desktop app licenses and free-tier access.

Mockphine does not provide 1:1 services, consulting, implementation services, or custom-built deliverables as part of this product.

2. Free Use and License Upgrade

The free tier includes one local server and up to ten active endpoints per server.

Paid one-time licenses (Standard and Personal) remove local limits and activate the full product workflow in your app.

You can use the free tier for quick validation, then upgrade to a license when your needs exceed those limits.

3. Core Features Included

Each license tier includes the same core Mockphine capabilities: local mock server behavior, endpoint modes (Mock, Passthrough, Disabled), route matching controls, and Live View request inspection.

License tiers are positioned by intended usage context, not by removing core product functionality.

4. Payments and Refund Handling

Checkout and payment processing are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.

Refund eligibility and refund processing follow the applicable checkout and platform policies in effect at purchase time.

5. Permitted Use

You may use Mockphine for internal development, testing, quality assurance, and related software delivery workflows under your purchased license terms.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the software or license credentials.

6. Availability and Product Changes

We may ship updates, fixes, and feature improvements to Mockphine over time.

We may update these Terms when needed. The latest published version on this website applies.

7. Warranty and Liability

Mockphine is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mockphine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the product.
